TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on the active region of thymosin β-4, a small protein found in almost every cell type. Thymosin β-4 is best known for binding actin, a building block of the cell's internal skeleton.
Because actin drives how cells change shape and move, TB-500 is widely used in preclinical research on cell migration, wound models and soft-tissue repair. Each Monark vial contains 10mg of lyophilized peptide, tested by an independent laboratory.
Every batch is tested for purity by an independent laboratory, and the results are recorded on a certificate of analysis (COA).
Request the COA for this productSupplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. Keep sealed vials cool, dry and away from light, and handle using standard laboratory practice. Our free Ultimate Peptide Guide covers storage and record-keeping in detail.
All Monark products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The peptide
Thymosin β-4 is a 43-amino-acid protein that binds and stores actin inside cells. TB-500 is a short synthetic peptide modelled on the part of thymosin β-4 that's responsible for that actin binding.
That link to the cell's internal skeleton is why TB-500 shows up so often in research on how cells move and organise during repair.
In the literature
Explored for its role in actin regulation and how cells move during repair.
Studied in preclinical models of muscle, tendon and ligament repair.
Investigated in laboratory wound-healing and tissue-remodelling research.
Summaries of published preclinical research, for reference only. Not a claim of any effect in humans or animals.

Not exactly. Thymosin β-4 is the full natural protein. TB-500 is a shorter synthetic peptide based on its actin-binding region.
Yes. It's in both the Wolverine Blend (with BPC-157) and the KLOW Blend (with GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and KPV).
