Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim about the effects of any product.
Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority in your province and have a shipping address in Canada. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order on this website is a request to buy. It isn't confirmed until we email you a payment link and receive your payment. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we have reason to believe the products won't be used for research. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
No payment is taken on this website. Payment is made through the secure link we email you.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes, and shipping is free on every order in Canada. Bundle and Subscribe & save prices are shown on each product page. Prices and offers may change at any time, but the price on your payment link is the price you pay.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & save orders are delivered on the schedule you choose. Each delivery is paid through its own payment link; nothing is charged automatically. You can skip, change or cancel by emailing us before your next payment link arrives.
Shipping, returns and privacy
Our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy are part of these terms.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and photos accurate, but colours and labels may look slightly different on your screen, and information may be updated without notice. If we find an error, we'll correct it.
Handling and responsibility
You are responsible for storing, handling and using products safely and in line with all applicable laws and regulations once they've been delivered. You agree to hold Monark Peptides harmless from any claims arising from misuse of our products or from breaking these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Monark Peptides's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
