DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) is a nonapeptide, a chain of nine amino acids. It was first isolated by Swiss researchers in the 1970s and named after the deep, slow-wave stage of sleep it was linked with in early studies.
Since then, DSIP has been explored in laboratory research on sleep architecture, stress-hormone signalling and neuroendocrine regulation. Each Monark vial contains 10mg of lyophilized peptide, tested by an independent laboratory.
Every batch is tested for purity by an independent laboratory, and the results are recorded on a certificate of analysis (COA).
Request the COA for this productSupplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. Keep sealed vials cool, dry and away from light, and handle using standard laboratory practice. Our free Ultimate Peptide Guide covers storage and record-keeping in detail.
All Monark products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The peptide
DSIP was discovered while researchers were studying what changes in the body during deep sleep. It's a short nine-amino-acid chain, made synthetically for research.
Its exact mechanism is still debated in the literature, which is part of why it remains a subject of ongoing study in sleep and neuroendocrine research.
